We stay small and personal on purpose, because real help cannot feel distant. That focus turns into quicker calls back, clear answers about benefits, and practical steps that veterans and families can feel in their daily lives.
Our Founding Story
In 2025, a couple of married veterans looked at the gap between what veterans were promised and what many were actually living with. As service-disabled veterans themselves, they saw neighbors struggle with unstable housing, complex benefits, and unclear paths into civilian work, and they decided to build something that treated those challenges as a single, shared mission.
That mission became VinRich Strategic Development Corporation, bringing veteran housing, assisted living, workforce development, community revitalization, and enterprise IT under one roof. Darwin and Cheryl shaped the company so that veterans, families, and agencies would not face a maze of disconnected programs, but a coordinated, veteran-led partner that understands the culture of service and turns that understanding into practical, day-to-day support.
